
How we move
The Wild Isle Pilates studio is a space for exploring and practicing Pilates-based movement, building resilience, challenging yourself, and finding calm.
Movers practice on the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Springboard, mat, and with a range of small equipment, including weights.
Movement programs are personalised and frequently updated to reflect individual goals, interests, injuries or conditions. Programs can also evolve to be a collaborative process, where movers choose how they want to move.
Classes are Pilates-based, but expect ‘interludes’ of functional and weight-based movements for resilience, fun and strength.
